Position: HR Payroll & Statutory Compliance Executive

Experience: 2–5 years

* Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and within timelines.
- Handle statutory payroll compliances, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable regulations.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns, challans, and compliance documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and government regulations.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, salary inputs, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements.
- Maintain accurate payroll and statutory records for audits and inspections.

* Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in payroll management and statutory compliance.
- Strong practical knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and labour laws.
- Experience with payroll software/HRMS and MS Excel.

Preferred: Candidates with strong hands-on statutory compliance experience will be given preference. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
