Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Payroll Intern to join our Human Resources team in Thane. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates from an HR background who are eager to gain hands-on experience in payroll processing, HR operations, employee records management, and statutory compliance. Internship experience in HR or payroll will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in payroll data collection, verification, and processing.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and payroll records.
- Support HR operations and employee documentation activities.
- Coordinate with employees for payroll-related queries.
- Assist in generating salary reports, payroll statements, and MIS reports.
- Ensure employee data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support statutory compliance documentation such as PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding formalities.
- Maintain HR databases and employee files.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria





- Recent graduate or postgraduate in Human Resources, BMS, BBA, MBA (HR), or related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Internship experience in HR, payroll, or HR operations is preferred.
- Basic understanding of payroll processes and HR functions.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Desired Skills

- Basic payroll and HR operations knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data.
- Good team player with a willingness to learn.
