Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning

Drive OKRs, KPIs, and KRAs across the organization

Lead performance appraisal systems to ensure high performance and accountability

Enhance employee productivity and billable efficiency through training & skill alignment

Bridge employee relations and maintain a positive work culture

Maintain compensation, benefits, and control people costs

Use HR metrics and analytics to support leadership decision-making

Ensure compliance with labor laws and strengthen HR governance

Key Skills & Requirements

10+ years of HR experience (must be from IT Services industry)





Proven experience as HR Manager / HR Leader

Solid expertise in OKRs, KPIs, KRAs & performance management systems

Hands-on experience with HR metrics, analytics, and HR systems

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Degree in HR or related field
