We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage key HR functions, strengthen employee engagement, ensure compliance, and support a positive, performance-driven workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
2. Manage employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns.
3. Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives.
4. Manage the KRA/KPI and performance management system.
5. Ensure POSH, HR compliance, and workplace ethics.
6. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
7. Identify training and development requirements and coordinate programs.
8. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and people analytics for management.




9. Support organisational development and workforce planning.
10. Guide and supervise the HR team and ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 6–8+ years of progressive HR experience.
3. Robust knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruitment, engagement, and HR compliance.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
5. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters professionally.
