- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR administrative operations, employee lifecycle management (pre-boarding to exit), and full & final settlements.
- Payroll & Compliance: Oversee attendance systems, support payroll processing, and ensure strict statutory and labor law compliance.
- Employee Lifecycle & Relations: Handle employee onboarding, documentation, grievance handling, and act as a primary point of contact for branch employees.
- Process Optimization: Coordinate HR workflows and policies across a large network retail branches
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
