We’re hiring an HR Manager to own end-to-end people operations, hiring and employee experience across the organisation.

What you’ll own

- End-to-end recruitment across business and tech roles
- Onboarding, documentation, attendance and employee records
- Performance management and employee engagement
- HR policies, compliance and day-to-day people operations
- Handling employee concerns, exits and full & final processes
- Working closely with leadership on workforce planning and culture

What we’re looking for

- 3+ years of HR experience
- Strong hands-on recruitment and HR operations experience
- Good understanding of Indian labour/HR compliance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ownership-driven environment

Role: Full-time Location: Gurugram — In office

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
