HR Manager – Managerial Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational structuring
- Drive talent acquisition strategy and employer branding
- Oversee performance management systems and succession planning
- Design compensation, perks, and retention strategies
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and risk management
- Advise leadership on employee relations and organizational development
- Build a strong company culture and employee engagement framework
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the HR team
- Analyze HR metrics and present reports to senior management
- Manage change initiatives and organizational transformation
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
