- HR Strategy &
- Leadership:

Develop and implement group-wide HR policies and procedures, align HR initiatives with business goals, strengthen HR functions across all business units, and lead HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.

- Talent Acquisition: Develop recruitment strategies for all levels, oversee manpower planning and budgeting, ensure timely hiring for key positions, build employer branding initiatives, and manage campus hiring as well as recruitment agencies.

- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work culture, resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters, conduct necessary investigations, and drive employee engagement and retention programs.

- Performance Management: Design and implement KPI/KRA-based performance appraisal systems, drive annual appraisal cycles, support succession planning and talent management, and coach managers on performance improvement.

- HR Operations: Manage smooth HR operations across all locations,



handle the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, and maintain HRMIS and employee records.

- Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with Labour Laws, Factories Act, Shops &

- Establishment Act, EPF, ESIC, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Minimum Wages, CLRA, and the POSH Act. Coordinate labour inspections, statutory audits, and liaise with government authorities.

- HR Analytics: Prepare monthly HR MIS reports and present analytical insights to executive management.

Draft and update HR policies, ensure uniform implementation across all companies, and drive digitization and automation of HR processes.

- Organizational Development: Build organizational structure, conduct workforce planning, implement change management initiatives, and support business expansion from an HR perspective.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
