- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding.

- Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory rules, ESI, PF, minimum wages, and statutory requirements.

- Manage employee discipline, grievances, counselling, and conflict resolution.

- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, and Admin teams for manpower requirements.

- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systems.

- Conduct employee training, induction, skill development, and engagement activities.

- Monitor attrition, absenteeism, manpower cost, and productivity-related HR KPIs.

- Maintain proper HR documentation and prepare MIS reports for management.

- Support audits, inspections, and overall factory HR compliance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
