Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager – Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and build a strong talent pipeline for the organisation.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing capabilities, good understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to independently manage multiple positions across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requirement to candidate joining.
- Coordinate with management and department heads to understand manpower requirements and prepare Job Descriptions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, recruitment portals, consultants, references, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate technical/management interviews.
- Maintain an active database of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Manage recruitment for managerial, executive, operational, technical, and support positions.
- Coordinate salary discussions, negotiate offers and ensure timely offer closure.
- Conduct reference/background verification wherever required.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, interview schedules and MIS reports.




- Monitor recruitment timelines and ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment consultants and placement agencies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support management in developing effective recruitment strategies and manpower planning.

- Robust professional judgement and confidentiality.

Qualification MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management or equivalent qualification preferred.

Candidate Profile The candidate should be mature, well-presented, confident, proactive and target-oriented, with the ability to independently handle recruitment requirements and coordinate effectively with senior management.

Candidates with experience in recruitment agencies, logistics, shipping, trading, manufacturing, warehousing or corporate recruitment will be preferred.

Salary is based on experience, qualifications, industry, and location.
