Job Highlights:

Looking for HR Manager for managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. Capable to partner with business and delivery leaders to ensure effective workforce management, employee experience, productivity, and retention in a fast-paced global services environment.

:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offers, and onboarding.
- Manage complete HR operations and employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, attendance, leave, performance management, and exits.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, employee communication, recognition programs, and grievance resolution.
- Manage and ensure accuracy of payroll inputs, attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and employee records.
- Develop, implement, and periodically review HR policies, processes, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Partner with business and delivery heads on workforce planning, employee productivity, retention, and people-related issues.
- Prepare and monitor HR MIS and dashboards, including hiring,



attrition, absenteeism, engagement, and workforce metrics.
- Manage and mentor the HR team and ensure timely and effective delivery of HR services.
- Drive HR process improvements, automation, and digitisation to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.

Competencies / Skills:

Must have :

- 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO, KPO, ITES, Global Shared Services, or offshore services organisation.
- Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Employee Relations, Policies, and Compliance.
- Hands on experience in HRMS/HRIS, payroll systems, MS Excel, and HR reporting.
- Solid people management, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven and multi-functional environment.

Good to have :

- Experience managing employees supporting global clients, particularly in the US, UK, Europe, APAC, or other international markets across multiple shifts.
- Experience managing multi-country holiday calendars, leave plans, attendance requirements, and workforce schedules.
- Exposure to global HR practices, client-specific workforce requirements, and cross-cultural employee management.
- Experience with HR automation, analytics, dashboards, and digital HR initiatives.
