Somatheeram Ayurvedic Hospital & Yoga Centre, an internationally acclaimed Ayurveda hospital set in a resort ambiance, is seeking enthusiastic, organized, and people-oriented HR Interns to support the smooth and efficient functioning of the Human Resources Department. The role involves assisting with recruitment and selection activities, maintaining employee records and HR documentation, supporting attendance and HRMS-related activities, coordinating interviews and employee communications, assisting with training and engagement initiatives, and providing general administrative support to the HR team while gaining practical exposure to HR operations in a professional hospitality and wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist the HR team in recruitment coordination.

- Support the onboarding and joining formalities of current employees.

- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation as per NABH standard.





- Coordinate with departments foremployee information, attendance details, and HR requirements.

- Respond to routine employee queries and direct them to the appropriate HR personnel when required.

- Support the HR team in ensuringHR policies, procedures, and documentation are properly maintained.

- Assist with exit formalities and employee separation documentation.

- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records at all times.

- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the HR Manager or HR team.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Kovalam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
