About the Role :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern - Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Source and screen candidate profiles from job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing job postings and managing applications.
- Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring initiatives.
- Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring records.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology,



or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Experience with job portals or recruitment activities is an added advantage.
