Role Description The HR Incharge at DRESSCIRCLE is a full time, on-site role based in Cuddapah. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring timely attendance and payroll inputs.

The role includes implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and addressing employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner. The HR Incharge will work closely with store leadership to manage staffing levels, support training initiatives, and promote a positive,



compliant work environment aligned with company values.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in retail or a similar service-oriented environment preferred.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management to handle workplace issues, support staff development, and encourage high performance.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of HR Policies, including compliance with local labor laws, attendance rules, and disciplinary procedures.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to interact with diverse teams and management.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, with proficiency in basic HR software or MS Office tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in HR operations may also be considered.
