About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic HR Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes and is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in HR and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements

- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

- Follow up with candidates for documentation and feedback

- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and HR databases

- Support onboarding formalities and documentation

- Assist in employer branding and job postings on social media platforms





- Handle basic HR coordination tasks as required

Eligibility Criteria

- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic understanding of recruitment process

- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office

- Detail-oriented and organized
