We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to gain hands-on exposure across HR Operations and Generalist HR activities. The intern will be responsible for supporting and coordinating end-to-end HR activities for an assigned account, working closely with employees, managers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination for the assigned account.

- Support the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exits.

- Handle employee queries and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

- Support recruitment and candidate coordination, including interview scheduling and follow-ups.

- Assist with performance management, KRA/KPI, training, and other HR initiatives.

- Maintain accurate employee records, HR trackers, MIS, and documentation.

- Support HR policies, compliance activities, and process implementation.





- Prepare regular HR reports and ensure timely closure of pending activities.

- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and handle HR matters professionally.

- Proactively identify gaps and escalate issues when required.

What We Are Looking For

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Robust understanding of basic HR concepts and processes.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organisational skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership.

- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and interact confidently with employees and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
