Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end HR function and align people strategy business and growth objectives.
- Develop and strengthen HR systems, processes, policies and governance across the organisation.
- Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention and succession planning across shop-floor and corporate functions.
- Lead employee relations and Industrial Relations (IR), including workforce engagement, grievance handling, disciplinary processes and labour-law compliance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and HR policies.
- Strengthen Performance Management, KRAs, PMS, talent development and capability-building frameworks.
- Drive employee engagement and initiatives to build a high-performance, ownership-driven culture.
- Partner with business leaders on organisation structure, change management and leadership development.
- Establish HR metrics and dashboards to enable data-driven people decisions.
- Lead initiatives around culture, communication, employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
- Build and develop a high-performing HR team and strengthen HR’s role as a strategic business partner.




- Work closely with top management and senior leadership team on people-related priorities and organisational transformation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in manufacturing / industrial / automotive / auto-components / electronics
- Proven experience in managing contract labour, including strong contractor/vendor relationships, effective negotiation and rate management, manpower planning, attendance and deployment management, and ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Proven experience managing both blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
- Solid hands-on experience in Industrial Relations, labour laws, statutory compliance and employee relations.
- Demonstrated ability to build and institutionalise HR systems, processes and policies.
- Experience in performance management, talent management, organisation development and culture-building.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership and shop-floor teams.
- MBA/PGDM in HR / Human Resources Management is desirable.
- Candidates who have led HR transformation or organisation-building initiatives in a growth-stage manufacturing environment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
