Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

- 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations

- Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management

- Positive understanding of HR policies,



compliance, and statutory requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good organizational and time-management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

- Ability to handle confidential information professionally

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
