We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR policies. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a practical understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Conduct employee onboarding and ensure completion of joining formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR-related reports.
- Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for accurate salary processing and employee inputs.
- Handle employee queries and support employee engagement and grievance resolution.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Conduct background verification and maintain relevant documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS,
and management dashboards as required.
- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal communications.
- Manage employee exit processes, including exit interviews, clearance, and full & final coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR Generalist functions and HR operations.
- Good understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HRMS.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving and employee-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 5 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
