Akshu Career is hiring an HR Intern for a 6-month internship to join our recruitment team, working on hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles. This is a great opportunity for freshers/graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. Complete training will be provided by the company.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and Non-IT job openings

Post job openings on various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process





Assist the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities

Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements

Requirements

Graduation is mandatory (any stream)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Willingness to learn and grow in the HR/recruitment field

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, job portals)

No prior experience required — training will be provided

Benefits
