About the Role

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience across recruitment, employee onboarding, vendor coordination, and employee engagement activities. This role requires someone who can effectively manage recruitment activities while creating a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Coordinatewithrecruitment consultants, staffing partners, and other HR vendors for hiring and related services.
- Handle employee onboarding, including documentation, initiating background verification, induction, and joining formalities and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.




- Maintainaccurate employee records, HR trackers, and other relevant documentation.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, events, and team-building initiatives.
- Coordinatewith vendors ondeliverables and service-related requirements.
- Prepare recruitment and HR reports/MIS and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HumanResources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2- 4 years of hands-on experience in hiring, onboarding, vendor coordination, and employee engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and ownership driven mindset.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
