Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our HR team at Viman Nagar, Pune. You will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and basic workplace administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Screening: Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding & Records: Coordinate joining documentation, maintain employee files, and update HR databases.
- Attendance & Operations:



Track daily attendance, leave records, and assist with general HR administration.
- Employee Engagement: Support in organizing office events, fun activities, and handling basic employee queries.

Key Requirements

- MBA / BBA / Graduate in Human Resources or related fields (20252026 pass out -Papered- preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Quick learner with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
