Role Overview:
We are seeking an HR Executive to manage the end-to-end HR function for the company — from hiring and onboarding to attendance, payroll, and day-to-day employee engagement. This is a hands-on generalist role suited to someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and keeping office operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout
- Liaise with department heads to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
- Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees
2. Attendance Management
- Monitor and maintain daily attendance records for all employees
- Track leaves, half-days, and late check-ins; ensure compliance with company leave policy
- Generate attendance reports for management and payroll processing
3. Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements
- Coordinate with accounts/finance for salary disbursement
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
4. Office & Employee Administration
- Plan and organize company events, celebrations, and team-building activities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and workplace issues; resolve or escalate as needed
- Manage general office administration and coordinate facility-related needs
- Maintain employee records and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist role
- Working knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll software
- Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Must be based in Delhi or willing to relocate before joining
Work Details
- Employment Type: Full-time, in-office role
- Working days: Monday–Saturday
- Work location: In person, New Delhi
- Office Hour: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
