Kings Health is hiring an HR Executive / HR Trainee for our Chennai location.

This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in HR within the healthcare industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Attendance and leave management
- Payroll data support and coordination
- Talent Acquisition including resume screening and interview scheduling
- Employee onboarding and HR documentation
- Maintaining employee records and HR MIS
- Supporting general HR operations and employee coordination

Eligibility and Requirements:

- MBA HR or MSW HR qualification
- Fresher to 2 years of experience
- Local Chennai candidates preferred
- Ability to work in a startup workplace with a small team
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary range from 10000 to 20000 per month based on experience
- Provident Fund, ESI, and Health Insurance

Work Schedule:

- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
