BASU Classes is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates and ensure timely closures.

- Handle offer, documentation, and joining formalities.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS.

- Build a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Hands-on experience with Naukri/LinkedIn preferred.

- Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.

- Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced setting.

- Immediate joiners/short notice period preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
