Hiring HR Executive

Location: Surat, Gujarat (Kapodra)

Position: HR Executive

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR.
- Experience in Bulk Hiring and BPO Recruitment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Gujarati language will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Managing bulk hiring requirements.
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Conducting initial screening and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinating with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Managing joining and onboarding processes.
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations.
