Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and attract top talent for non-IT roles within the telecom industry through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.

- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.

- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and offers made.

Job Requirements :

- 2-6 years of experience in recruitment or HR role with focus on non-IT recruitment (telecom industry preferred).

- Solid understanding of the telecom industry's unique challenges and requirements.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar tools.
