Experience: 2–5 Years

Education: Graduation

Salary: 25,000–26,000 Take-Home

Work Location: Subramanya Arcade, BTM Layout, Bangalore

Required Skills

- Prepare and maintain HR reports using Advanced Excel.
- 4–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Executive roles.
- Robust knowledge of Advanced Excel including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and employee management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
