Responsibilities: IT recruitment, sourcing, resume screening, HR interviews, interview coordination, salary negotiation, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance/leave coordination, HR MIS and employee lifecycle management.
Technical hiring exposure: React.js, Node.js, PHP/Laravel, Full Stack, Mobile App Developers, UI/UX, QA, SEO/Digital Marketing and IT Sales.
Required: 1-3 years HR/IT recruitment experience, robust sourcing skills, Naukri/LinkedIn experience, excellent communication, interviewing and negotiation skills.
