About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented HR Generalist with strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment.

The role will primarily focus on managing end-to-end recruitment, while also supporting HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and other generalist HR activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition – 70%

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to joining.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, consultants, and other channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations, and candidate follow-ups.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Offer-to-Joining Ratio, and Source Effectiveness.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
- Work with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners when required.

HR Generalist & Operations – 30%
- Manage onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, probation, confirmation,



and exit processes.
- Support payroll inputs and employee lifecycle activities.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and employee communication.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and compliance requirements.
- Prepare HR MIS and reports related to recruitment, headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience with strong recruitment exposure.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing & negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS/ATS & recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
- Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
- Proactive, result-oriented and professional approach.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
