Role & responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical, field and support roles - sourcing on Naukri, LinkedIn and job boards, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout and joining

- Post job descriptions, manage inbound applications and maintain recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards

- Coordinate onboarding for all new hires - ID proofs, documentation, induction schedules and system setup

- Maintain employee records, attendance data, leave management and all HR documentation

- Support payroll inputs - attendance, LOP tracking, variable components and statutory deductions - in coordination with Finance

- Handle employee engagement activities, internal communications and HR policy rollout

- Assist in performance review coordination, appraisal documentation and follow-ups

- Handle day-to-day employee queries, grievances and escalations professionally

- Maintain compliance documentation - PF, ESI, PT records in coordination with Finance

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 to 5 years of experience in an HR Executive, HR Generalist or Recruiter role





- Graduate degree - MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

- Hands-on experience using Naukri and LinkedIn for active sourcing and hiring

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment - not just sourcing

- Valuable written and verbal communication in English and Telugu

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite

- Comfortable working independently as the sole HR person in a growing company

GOOD TO HAVE

- Prior experience with Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, Keka or any HRMS platform

- Experience hiring for engineering, construction or technical non-IT roles

- Knowledge of statutory compliance - PF, ESI, PT
