Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in the manufacturing sector.
- Manage bonus, PF, LWF, and other statutory benefits for employees.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with management to resolve employee grievances and improve overall employee satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 3-9 years of experience in human resources or related field in the manufacturing sector.
- Solid knowledge of bonus, PF, LWF, and other statutory compliances.
- Proven track record of ensuring timely submission of regulatory filings and reports.
