Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy HR Manager – HR
Experience: Relevant experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance, preferably from a 5-star hotel/property
Key Expertise:
- End-to-end payroll management
- Statutory & HR compliance
- Attendance & leave management
- Employee records and HR documentation
- HR MIS and reporting
- HR operations and employee coordination
Systems: Experience with HR Star / Prism or similar HRMS; hands-on knowledge of HR/payroll modules preferred. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹71,040.30 per month
