Role & responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, and Internal Database
- Screen and shortlist profiles as per business requirements.
- Conduct telephonic screening and initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business leader
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Solid sourcing and screening skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume/bulk hiring requirements within strict timelines
