Role Description This is a full-time remote role that combines Human Resources and Marketing responsibilities to support LearnX’s growing team and community. The HR and Marketing professional will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, maintaining HR records, and supporting employee engagement and advantages administration.

The role will also involve contributing to HR policies, assisting in performance and personnel management, and ensuring a positive, inclusive work culture. On the marketing side, the individual will help plan and execute campaigns, manage social media and community engagement,



support content creation for learner and tutor outreach, and collaborate on branding initiatives. This position requires regular cross-functional collaboration, proactive communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) with a solid understanding of HR Management practices.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies aligned with organizational goals.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and related compliance considerations.
- Experience in Personnel Management, including supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience or interest in marketing, social media, or community engagement within an education or tech environment is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced setting and collaborating with distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
