We seek a energetic HR Talent Acquisition Executive to spearhead End-to-End Recruitment at Synnat Pharma, a fast-growing leader in API and Intermediates. If you possess 3+ years of experience managing the full Recruitment Lifecycle, excel in Candidate Sourcing, and are proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Planning
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
2. Assist in forecasting future hiring needs and developing proactive talent acquisition plans.
3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices.
4. Stay updated on industry trends and talent acquisition tools to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
End-to-End Recruitment Management
1. Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
2. Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, skilled networks, and employee referrals.
3. Develop compelling job descriptions and advertisements that attract high-quality candidates.
4. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance for various roles within Synnat Pharma.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
6. Facilitate the offer management process, including salary negotiation and closing candidates.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
1. Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify diverse talent pools.
2. Engage with potential candidates to build relationships and promote Synnat Pharma as an employer of choice.
3. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and frequently hired positions, especially within the API manufacturing sector.
4. Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and other advanced search techniques.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & Data Management
1. Leverage ATS data to analyze recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
2. Maintain organized records of candidate applications, interview feedback, and communication.
3. Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all recruitment activities within the ATS.
4. Utilize and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data, track recruitment progress, and generate reports.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
1. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the pharmaceutical industry.
2. Act as an ambassador for Synnat Pharma, promoting our company culture and values.
3. Communicate effectively and professionally with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
4. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
