We are pleased to announce a vacancy at Royal Regency Hotel for the position of Housekeeping Supervisor.

Roles And Responsibility :

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
- Assign duties and monitor room cleaning, public area cleaning, and linen management.
- Inspect guest rooms and hotel areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
- Train, guide, and support housekeeping staff.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and report inventory requirements.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments for guest requests and room readiness.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel policies.

Requirements:

- Experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in hotels.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and safety standards.
- Ability to work in shifts and manage multiple tasks.
