We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in hotel or hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.

- Allocate rooms and duties to housekeeping staff based on operational requirements.

- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.

- Ensure rooms are prepared and ready for guest check-in within the required standards.

- Monitor the availability and proper use of housekeeping supplies, linen, and amenities.

- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene, and hotel standards.

- Report maintenance issues, damages, lost and found items, and other concerns to the concerned department.





- Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to resolve guest and operational requirements.

- Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and daily reports.

- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.

- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.

- Previous experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality establishments is preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong team-handling and leadership abilities.

- Positive knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and hygiene practices.

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
