We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor with a strong background in hotel management and hospitality operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring proper room services, managing linen and housekeeping inventory, and monitoring the grooming and dress code of housekeeping and canteen staff.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will also coordinate with the Food & Beverage/Canteen team to ensure proper hygiene, food-service practices, cleanliness, and professional presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure all assigned areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
- Ensure guest rooms, common areas, washrooms, corridors, and service areas meet established cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and housekeeping areas.
- Ensure rooms are properly prepared and serviced as per hotel standards.
- Monitor timely completion of room cleaning, bed-making, bathroom cleaning, replenishment of amenities, and other housekeeping requirements.
- Handle housekeeping-related guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Manage the complete linen cycle, including issue, collection, counting, washing, storage, and distribution.
- Maintain proper records of bed linen, towels, uniforms, curtains, and other housekeeping textiles.
- Ensure adequate availability of clean linen for rooms and other operational requirements.
- Monitor linen quality and identify damaged, stained, or worn-out items.




- Maintain proper linen room organization and hygiene.
- Minimize linen loss, damage, and unnecessary wastage.
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards in the staff canteen and food-service areas.
- Ensure canteen staff follow proper hygiene, grooming, and food-service practices.
- Ensure food-service staff wear clean and appropriate uniforms, hairnets/caps, gloves where required, and proper footwear.
- Monitor cleanliness of dining tables, kitchen/service areas, utensils, food counters, and surrounding areas.
- Coordinate with the Canteen/F&B; team to maintain proper food-service hygiene and presentation.
- Ensure all housekeeping and canteen staff follow the prescribed uniform and dress code.
- Conduct daily checks of staff grooming, personal hygiene, uniforms, shoes, hair, nails, and overall appearance.
- Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, sanitation, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and take corrective action wherever required.
- Ensure cleaning chemicals are properly labelled, stored, and used according to instructions.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality operations.
- Candidates with experience in hotel room operations, linen management, staff grooming, canteen hygiene, and hospitality services will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
