Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Lead to lead and elevate cleanliness, hygiene, and facility upkeep standards across all Olsen Spaces centers. This role will own the development of SOPs, oversee vendor and housekeeping teams, and ensure a consistently high-quality member experience across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Standards

- Define, implement, and continuously improve housekeeping SOPs across all centers
- Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
- Conduct regular audits and inspections across locations

Team & Vendor Management
- Hire, train, and manage in-house housekeeping staff and/or external vendors
- Set performance benchmarks and monitor team productivity and quality
- Ensure adequate staffing and shift planning across centers

Inventory & Supplies
- Oversee procurement and inventory of cleaning materials, equipment, and consumables
- Optimize costs while maintaining quality standards

Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with Operations and Community teams to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning
- Support events and high-traffic days with enhanced housekeeping readiness





Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Implement best practices for waste management and sustainability

Process Improvement
- Drive efficiency through process improvements and automation where possible
- Introduce periodic training programs to upskill housekeeping staff

- Strong executor with a systems/process mindset
- High bar for quality and consistency
- Ability to scale operations across multiple centers

Ideal Candidate Profile 7+ years of experience in housekeeping/facilities management (hospitality, coworking, or commercial real estate preferred)

Prior experience managing multi-location operations or large teams/vendors

Strong understanding of housekeeping standards, chemicals, and equipment

Proven ability to build and implement SOPs and quality benchmarks

Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail with a robust sense of ownership
