- Operations Oversight: Manage departments like the front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

- Staff Management: Interview, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate employees.

- Financial Management: Set budgets, monitor expenses, track revenue, and establish room rates.

- Guest Relations: Greet visitors, resolve complaints, and ensure a comfortable stay.

- Safety and Compliance: Enforce local health, safety, fire, and licensing regulations.

Key Skills and Requirements

- Leadership: Strong ability to motivate teams and direct daily workflows.

- Communication: Explicit verbal and written skills for interacting with guests and staff.
