Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and allocate daily duties to housekeeping staff.

- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of wards, ICU, OT, OPD, emergency, washrooms, and common areas.

- Monitor cleaning, disinfection, and deep-cleaning activities.

- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control practices.

- Supervise proper segregation and handling of biomedical waste.

- Ensure correct use of PPE, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.

- Conduct regular inspections and maintain cleaning checklists.

- Handle and resolve housekeeping-related complaints promptly.

- Coordinate with Nursing, Infection Control, Maintenance, and Administration departments.

- Monitor housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory.

- Maintain attendance, cleaning, inspection, and incident records.

- Train and guide housekeeping staff on hospital SOPs and safety procedures.

- Report maintenance issues, accidents, and infection-control concerns to management.

- Ensure a protected, hygienic, and patient-friendly hospital environment.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per month
