Job Purpose :

To ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and upkeep of guest rooms and assigned areas as per the hotel's standards, while delivering courteous and efficient service to guests.

Key Responsibilities :

- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and other assigned areas as per hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
- Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained within the prescribed time and quality standards.
- Check rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, missing items, and damages, and immediately report the same to the Supervisor.
- Follow proper procedures for handling guest belongings and Lost & Found items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of housekeeping equipment, trolley, pantry, and assigned work areas.
- Replenish room supplies, stationery, minibar items, and other amenities as applicable.
- Follow proper procedures for cleaning chemicals, equipment, and housekeeping tools.




- Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and other departments for room status, maintenance requirements, and guest requests.
- Attend to guest requests promptly and courteously and escalate complaints to the Supervisor when required.
- Follow all hotel policies related to safety, hygiene, grooming, security, and guest privacy.
- Maintain proper grooming, uniform, personal hygiene, and skilled conduct at all times.
- Follow energy-saving and sustainability practices implemented by the hotel.
- Complete assigned duties and room cleaning schedules within the stipulated timelines.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor or Department Head.

Skills & Competencies Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
