Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Hostess at Shree Balaji Properties. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and engaging prospective clients virtually, managing incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Daily tasks include handling reservations or appointment bookings, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and providing clear information about properties and services.





The Hostess will also ensure that all online and phone communication reflects a qualified, welcoming, and service-oriented approach. Collaboration with sales and support teams to coordinate schedules and follow-up with clients is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to create a welcoming client experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional remote interactions.
- Candidates should possess Reservations management skills, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate booking records.
- Candidates should have basic computer literacy and familiarity with online communication tools and CRM or scheduling software.
- Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, reception, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
