Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Hostel Supervisor/incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Hostel. The candidate will ensure a safe, clean, and well-regulated living workplace for students while maintaining discipline and coordinating hostel facilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the overall functioning of the hostel and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and security among hostel residents.
- Monitor student attendance, entry/exit registers, and hostel records.
- Coordinate with wardens, housekeeping, kitchen staff, and maintenance teams.
- Address and resolve student grievances or complaints promptly.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel rooms and common areas.
- Monitor food quality and mess operations.
- Implement hostel rules and ensure students follow institutional policies.
- Maintain communication with management regarding hostel issues or requirements.
- Handle emergency situations and ensure student safety at all times.





Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Any Graduate (Preference for candidates with hostel administration experience)
- Experience: 2–5 years in hostel management / residential supervision / administration
- Gender: male/female

Key Skills

- Strong discipline management and leadership skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle students and staff efficiently
- Basic record keeping and reporting skills

Working Hours Full-Time – As per hostel operational requirements

Salary

Salary Negotiable based on experience and skills.
