Your accountability is organised across three core areas: Revenue Generation Drive daily trip volumes and revenue from your assigned hospital accounts by converting relationships into referrals Proactively identify transfer opportunities — discharge patients, ICU-to-ICU referrals, post-surgical transport, and NICU cases Monitor your pipeline throughout the shift and flag shortfalls early — never wait until shift end to report a problem Hospital Relationship Management Build and maintain genuine, trusted relationships with CSOs, Medical Officers on Duty, ER managers, ICU consultants, discharge planners, and billing staff Complete 8 structured floor rounds per shift across all departments — MICU, ICCU, Neurology, Surgical wards, ED, Mortuary, and Marketing Meet at least 3 different doctors every day; grow a referral network that expands every week On-Ground Operations Manage shift handovers, wallet monitoring, revenue reporting, and client WhatsApp group communications Be the single point of accountability for everything that happens at your hospital — no caveats, no exceptions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
