Infrastructure &

- Utility Management

- Maintain high-tension/low-tension (HT/LT) electrical panels, transformers, and switchgear.

- Oversee backup power systems (diesel generators, UPS systems) to guarantee instant failover for ICUs and surgical suites.

- Manage heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) chillers, air handling units (AHUs), and negative-pressure isolation room airflow.

- Inspect and pressure-test medical gas pipeline systems (oxygen, nitrous oxide, medical air, vacuum). [1]

1. Preventive &
- Predictive Maintenance (PPM)

- Execute scheduled PPM checklists for boilers, water treatment/RO plants, sewage treatment plants (STP), elevators, and fire sprinkler/alarm networks.

- Log all service metrics, calibration dates,



and failure modes in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS like UpKeep or eMaint). [1]

1. Breakdown &
- Emergency Response

- Lead rapid triage and root-cause repair for critical utility failures outside normal working hours (via on-call rotas).

- Coordinate emergency vendor dispatch for specialized medical-grade or elevator infrastructure. [1, 2]

- Safety

- Enforce infection-control risk assessment (ICRA) protocols during active facility repairs.

- Maintain logs for statutory audits (electrical inspectorate, pollution control board, boiler acts, fire safety certificates). [1]

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
