Job SummaryWe are seeking a charismatic, highly organized, and skilled Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for our guests' dining experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses impeccable grooming standards, and can effortlessly orchestrate front-of-house operations to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

- Guest Relations: Greet arriving guests with an authentic, warm welcome, manage the waitlist accurately, and escort parties to their designated tables.

- Reservation Management: Oversee phone inquiries and digital reservation platforms [Specify system, e.g., OpenTable / Resy / Petpooja] to maximize seating capacity and flow.

- Table Rotation: Strategically assign tables to maintain a fair, balanced workload across the service staff.

- Ambiance Monitoring: Ensure the entryway, podium, and menus remain pristine, organized, and presentable at all times.

- Team Communication: Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and floor staff regarding large parties, special guest requests, or VIP arrivals.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma, GED,



or equivalent hospitality certification.

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant, hospitality, or luxury retail environment preferred.

- Technical Skills: Prior experience handling POS hardware and restaurant booking software is a strong plus.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift) in a fast-paced setting.

- Availability: Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including peak hours, weekends, and holidays.

Grooming & Professional Standards

- Presentation: Maintenance of a highly polished, professional appearance adhering strictly to company dress code guidelines.

- Personal Hygiene: Clean, well-groomed hair and nails; minimal or zero synthetic fragrance use on shift.

- Floor Etiquette: Absolute professionalism in guest-facing areas (no personal phone usage or chewing gum while on duty).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
