Role Description The Veterinary Hospital Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for overseeing daily hospital operations, including staff scheduling, workflow coordination, and ensuring smooth client and patient experiences.

The manager will handle practice administration, such as managing hospital resources, overseeing financial processes, supporting budgeting activities, and maintaining records and compliance documentation. The role includes supervising front-desk and support teams, resolving client concerns,



and promoting a culture of high-quality customer service and effective communication.

The Veterinary Hospital

Manager will collaborate with clinical leadership to implement policies, optimize processes, support marketing efforts, and contribute to the hospital’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong practice management and hospital management skills, including coordination of daily operations and support for clinical teams.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
- Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, and efficient use of hospital resources.
- Effective communication skills for working with veterinary professionals, support staff, and clients.
- Relevant experience in a veterinary hospital or healthcare setting; prior team leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency with practice management software and basic office tools; robust organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in veterinary science, healthcare management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, maintain confidentiality, and support a collaborative, inclusive workplace.
