Role Summary

As a Zypheal Home Nurse, you deliver pre-booked, in-home nursing care to our customers within a dedicated geographical zone. You represent Zypheal at the bedside, delivering top-tier clinical care in a warm and reassuring manner.

How the Model Works

- Customers pre-book specific nursing services through the Zypheal app for a chosen date and time slot.

- Visits are scheduled and batched within your assigned PIN-code zone to minimize travel distance.

- You work independently at the patient's home while staying backed by virtual clinical support for real-time case reviews and escalations.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care Delivery

- Administer injections (IV / IM / SC).

- Perform wound dressing and dressing changes.

- Provide oxygen therapy and nebulization assistance.

- Assist with diabetes management and insulin administration.

- Deliver bedridden patient care and elderly companion care.

Visit & Safety Standards





- Arrive at the customer's home within the scheduled visit window with all required kits and consumables.

- Confirm patient identity, consent, and the booked procedure following Zypheal's home-visit protocol.

- Maintain strict hygiene, infection control, and biomedical waste protocols.

- Record accurate, timely documentation (vitals, procedures performed, observations) in the Zypheal app.

- Escalate any prompt deterioration in a patient's condition to the on-call clinical team.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (or equivalent recognized nursing qualification).

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on clinical care experience.

- Licensure: Valid state nursing / professional council license to practice, in valuable standing.

- Mobility: Possession of a two-wheeler with a willingness to travel within the assigned geo-fenced zone.

- Skills: Strong communication, excellent bedside manner, and basic digital literacy for app-based reporting and documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
